Bio-Torq Shipping Policy

At Bio-Torq, we aim to deliver your order safely, efficiently, and at the best possible rate. Our website is integrated with BobGo, allowing real-time shipping rates and reliable courier delivery across South Africa.


1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using BobGo’s real-time courier rates

  • Rates are based on delivery location, package size, and weight

  • All shipping costs are shown before payment is completed

From time to time, promotional or discounted shipping offers may apply.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Main centres: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying or regional areas: 3–6 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


5. Courier Partners

BobGo automatically selects the most suitable courier based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel size and weight

  • Service availability

Courier partners may include reputable national and regional delivery providers.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number

  • Tracking details are sent via email or SMS (where applicable)

  • You can monitor delivery progress directly through the courier’s tracking system


7. Delivery Address & Access

Please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address is accurate and complete

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours

Bio-Torq is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or restricted access.


8. Failed Deliveries & Re-Dispatch

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • No one available to receive the parcel

  • Restricted access

Additional courier fees may apply for re-delivery, which will be for the customer’s account.


9. Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please note the damage with the courier upon delivery where possible

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product

  • We will assist with a replacement or claim where applicable


10. Shipping of Chemical & Liquid Products

Some Bio-Torq products contain liquids or active ingredients. To ensure safety:

  • Products are securely packaged to prevent leakage

  • Certain couriers or delivery methods may be restricted

  • Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer


11. Partial Shipments

If an order contains multiple items, we may ship items separately at no additional cost to you, depending on availability.


12. Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier. Bio-Torq will, however, assist with courier-related issues where possible.


13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Load shedding or power outages

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Strikes or national emergencies
